Common Questions
- Can I use Cozu as a guest? Yes, you can start without an account. Sign in any time to sync to the cloud.
- Can I sign in with email or phone? Yes, both methods are supported when configured in the app.
- Are photos and voice notes compressed? Yes, Cozu optimises media to reduce storage usage. You can attach images and quick voice notes to any journal entry.
- Why does my note take a second to save? While the note is being stored, the Save button shows a small spinner and stays disabled, so the same note never saves twice. The editor closes itself as soon as the save is done.
- How do I bring back the Cozu companion? If you've tucked her away by dragging her onto the small X, open Settings → AI Companion to invite her back any time.
- Can the companion see photos I send her? Yes. Tap the camera in chat, snap or pick an image, and she'll gently react to what's in it.
- Why are there limits on companion messages? She rests after a small number of chats per day so she stays sustainable. The remaining count is shown in her chat header.
- Does my screen stay awake during Breathing & Meditation? Yes. Auto-lock is paused for the session and restored as soon as you leave the screen.
- Where do I find the Zip mini game? Open the Library tab. Zip sits with Breathing and Meditation. It's marked ALPHA while we keep tuning it.
- Where is my history now? History moved into your profile and is now called My Journey, a calm timeline of your moods, notes and goals.
- I uninstalled and reinstalled, why was I auto-logged in before? That used to happen due to Android Auto-Backup. We now opt out of backup, so a reinstall is a true clean slate.
- Where can I report a bug? Email support with screenshots and steps to reproduce.
The Cozu Companion
The companion is a small flower friend who lives inside the app for signed-in, verified accounts. Tap her to chat, send a photo, or ask how anything works. Drag her anywhere on the screen. Drop her on the small X near the bottom to tuck her away, and bring her back any time from Settings.
Breathing & Meditation
Breathing offers several guided patterns, with soft voice cues for inhale, hold and exhale and a character that breathes with you. Meditation gives you a scrollable minute ruler (1 minute → ∞), an 11-layer ambient sound mixer, configurable start / interval / end chimes, and quick 5/10/15-minute presets with built-in calm music.
Zip Mini Game
A small daily puzzle on the Library tab. Trace one continuous line that touches every cell on the grid while hitting numbered checkpoints in order. 120 procedurally crafted levels gently ramp up as you play. Drag backwards to undo the last step.
